What we keep, and why.
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply and do the work. We don't sell it or run ads.
When you send a form
We keep what you typed — name, email, phone, your message, and the page you sent it from — plus any campaign tag in the link you arrived on. It's stored in our lead database (Supabase) and emailed to us (via Resend) so a real person can reply.
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It may set a cookie while it checks.
When you book or pay
- Booking runs on Microsoft Bookings. Your name, contact details, and the answers you give go into our calendar.
- Payments run on Wave (invoices and checkout links). We never see your card number — Wave handles it and tells us the payment went through.
Each of those services has its own privacy policy that covers what happens on their side.

Your browser remembers one preference: light or dark mode. We don't run analytics.We use PostHog to see which pages and buttons get used. No ads, no selling.
