How we work
Response times, dates and guarantees go in writing, with what happens when we miss. We document every system we touch, and your passwords, programming files and backups stay yours. After the job there is a plan, a number that answers and maintenance on a calendar, because the job isn't done when the installer leaves.
Background
Control4 Certified (C4CT), working on Crestron, Control4, Lutron and Savant systems. Citrus Data was founded by Tyler Dunn, a former church Technical Production Director with a B.S. in Audio Production and years of live sound, where the system has to work tonight, not next week.
