What drives the quote

Instead of guessing, we'll size the plan to what your business actually looks like. The factors that move the number:

  • Number of users — and how many devices per user
  • Hours of coverage — standard business hours, extended, or 24/7
  • Compliance posture — HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, or general best practice
  • Existing infrastructure — what we'd inherit vs. what we'd rebuild
  • AV in the mix — conference rooms, distributed audio, surveillance bundled with IT
  • Risk you're carrying — backups in place? MFA on everywhere? Patch hygiene?
