What's included in Standard, in plain English

Every month, on a schedule we agree on at signup:

  • Firmware updates — every Crestron Home device on your system gets checked. Anything out of date gets updated, tested, and verified.
  • System health check — a top-to-bottom pass on processors, touchpanels, network gear, and integrations. We catch failing hardware and bad configs before they cause an outage.
  • Post-service email — a clear summary you can keep on file. What we updated, what we noticed, and what we'd recommend doing next (upgrades, retirements, new tech worth considering).
  • Remote support during business hours — included, no per-incident fee. Most things get fixed without rolling a truck.

Support rates

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST. Holidays are New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving + the day after, Christmas Eve + Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.

The Remote Access PC stays our property — it's how we deliver included remote support. We install and configure it as a one-time $650 setup at signup.

Response times

  • Remote support: 1–8 hours from initial request
  • Onsite support: scheduled within 1–4 days of request
  • Emergencies: we'll always try for same-day or next-day when it's a real emergency

Terms in plain English

Annual commitment

The plan operates on a yearly basis. You can pay monthly ($100) or annually ($1,200) — your call.

30-day cancellation

Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances are due before cancellation takes effect.

Remote Access PC

Stays our property. Returned within 14 days of cancellation, or $650 replacement fee.

$200 no-show fee

If we show up for a scheduled onsite visit and can't get in or you're not available, a $200 fee applies.

What's not covered

Storm/water/lightning damage, damage from third-party contractors, replacement hardware or upgrades, ISP/network outages outside our scope.

What you do

Keep power and internet on for the system and the Remote PC. Tell us when you (or someone else) makes changes. Let us in for remote sessions when we ask.
